Aurora De La O Espadas joined FEMTO-ST and Laboratory ICB on november 2023 to start her PhD entitled « Development of instrumented microfluidic device to study and optimize interactions between proteins and blood proteins« . Aurora is supervised by Pr. Thérèse Leblois from FEMTO-ST and myself.
Aurora is working on the EUR Project Micro-Nablorona for Bio-micro-device for understanding and control of nanoparticles blood interactions.
Aurora has a Bachelor in Nanotechnology Engineering from Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco and a Master of Science in Biomedicla engineering and physics from CINVESTAV Monterrey.
Aurora worked on manufacture of Au decorated ZnO and MgO substrates for SERS and on synthesis and characterization of Ce-Zr mixed oxides during her bachelor. Her Master thesis was performed for Tabasco Applied Science and Technology Research Center.
