Today was the last general meeting of the Imappi project. Since I joined Dijon at the end of 2016, I had the opportunity to work with awesome colleagues from the CGFL. Imappi aimed to develop a preclinical imaging instrument coupling Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Positron emission tomography (PET).
Thanks to this project, I had access to animal imaging platform that allowed to develop bimodal contrast agents probes and to explore in vivo protein corona. A brief summary of our main results (so far) on the protein corona is given on this page.
I really appreciated exchanging about biology, physics and chemistry during this project and organizing our experiments based on our different background was sometimes challenging but always interesting.
It is always complicated to express acknowledgments without forgetting someone. However, I would like to give special thanks to Alexandra Oudot, Mélanie Guillemin, Romain Ruffin, Alan Courteau, Pierre Simon Bellaye, Bertrand Collin, Alexandre Dias, Alexandre Cochet and François Brunotte.
Despite this project will end with 2024, I hope to still be able to build and work with this team!
