Cintia Marques defended her PhD on Friday the 28th of October 2023 entitled: Protein-Nanoparticles Interactions: In Vitro-In Vivo Correlation and Implications for Corona Formation .
Cintia presented her work in front of the following jury:
Eric Alleman | Professor, University of Geneva | President of jury |
Scott McNeil | Professor, University of Basel | Reviewer |
Peter Wick | Professor, ETH Zürich | Reviewer |
Olivier Jordan | Professor, University of Geneva | Co-director |
Gerrit Borchard | Professor, University of Geneva | Co-director |
Cinita cam to our group two times. Once in the end of 2019 to synthesize and characterize iron oxide nanoparticles and another time in summer 2023 to work on nanoparticles interactions with human blood.
During her four years PhD project, we echanged a lot and she welcomed Célia Marets for one week in Geneva.
Célia and Cintia almost started and finished their PhD projects the same days.
I really did appreciate working with Cintia and this collaboration led (so far) to two publications.
